This 2024 Sparkling Rosé has a cranberry colour with a shining hue. On the inviting nose you have bright aromas of raspberries, rose petals, white strawberries and a deft note of cranberry. On the effervescent palate you have upbeat medium-to-large bubbles with an refreshing nature, showcasing those raspberry & strawberries flavours along with a splash of fruit acidity. The wine has retained a hint of natural fruit sweetness and has a appealing, casual personality that signs off with a vivid finish.
Food Pairing: An ideal wine with sushi & sashimi, bbq’d prawns & the classic strawberries with cream.
Ideal Serving Temperature: 6°- 7°C
